We have taken our animals to VBVH for many years and we are always impressed. They most recently performed spay and hernia surgeries on our youngest pet, Lucy. Everyone was very caring, and they did an amazing job, as always. Thank you all!

Very responsive to Rosco’s urgent situation. We received an array of options for diagnosing and treatment

I really liked this place. Everyone was usually always nice. My last visit they stated they may hear a murmur but it was fine and they’d check it again at her next appointment in a year unless she developed any issues. 6 months later I woke up to my dog scared, having a hard time breathing, and could barely walk. She had no other signs leading up to this. She died later that day due to a pericardial effusion. They see pets all day long so I didn’t question not investigating the murmur more, but I wish I had.

Dr. Baker is hands down the best vet I've ever gone to. He explains things clearly and he doesn't push uneeded or ineffective treatment options, which I really appreciated. My dog Moose had a very serious respiratory infection that had us in his office every few weeks for a few months. Dr. Baker was consistently kind, empathic, on top of treatment changes, and so down to earth. He really went out of his way for us and I'm so grateful that Moose was in his care.
