Dr. Williams demonstrates caring, ability to listen and connect. She is through and educates as she examines dog. Shares options when a health problem is noted Received call back in less than 24 hours with results of lab work complete with treatment plan. I took my cat to BB years ago and he was diagnosed with diabetes and they suspected cancer. After taking him to his regular vet this was confirmed. The staff were so compassionate and caring and did not try to run up the price of the care. They were so good with him and with us. I am writing this because I recently had a horrible experience with another ER Vet on Independence near Town Center. I realize now that I should have driven a little farther down the road and went to BB. I will definitely do that in the future if my cat’s regular vet is closed. I should have written a review at the time of the visit but 5 stars definitely. Thank you Bay Beach for doing what you do for our loved ones.

We took our recently adopted kitten for her first exam and everyone was wonderful . Dr. Elliott answered all our questions and made Serafina feel right at home .. She made a friend for life when she gave her a Churu !! I feel relieved we now have a vet family for her .

Bay Beach Vet - we are very pleased with the care our cat Bella has received from Dr. Key & the staff. Last year we thought Bella wasn't going to make it. Over a year later she is thriving. We are very thankful for this veterinary and their care.

Dr Seymour is wonderful!!! Gabby at front desk extremely helpful. My cat needed a predcription for special food and they sent it in IMMEDIATELY while I was at pet smart. My cat had bloodwork an ultrasound, they probably could have unsold me but did not as I was spending alot that day. Dr. Seymour was very empathetic to me and my cat Goku and trying really hard to lay out the best options. I appreciate everything and sending over the prescription right then and there when I was trying to buy his food was a lifesaver. Will always take any pet in the future to Bay Beach. Lo e you guys!!!!!
